Do you feel weighed down by distressing past memories, panic, or persistent anxiety? You do not have to spend years recounting painful trauma.
ART is a specialized, Level 2 evidence-based therapy that utilizes voluntary eye movements to rapidly reprogram how distressing memories are stored in the brain.
IFS helps clients understand that our mind is made of different "parts" (e.g. protective managers, firefighters, wounded exiles). By meeting these parts with self-compassion, we bring internal harmony.
Real care, evidence-backed tools, and an inviting, non-judgmental environment.
"Debbie helped my husband and I find our way back to each other when we were ready to give up. Her Gottman assessments gave us clear insights, and her warmth made it safe to open up."
"I was skeptical about ART eye movement therapy for my severe anxiety, but after just 3 sessions I felt a massive weight lift. Debbie is truly gifted and compassionate."
"Debbie’s IFS approach helped me understand why I reacted so strongly in my relationship. Learning to have grace for my internal parts changed everything."
